The Miccosukee Indian Museum was founded in 1983. It features clothing, paintings and artifacts from the Tribe. Visitors can even view a short film on the Tribe's history.

One of the walls is covered with photographs of Tribal members from generations and native attire for men and women. Additionally, one area features paintings and sculptures by Tribal members and another area highlights the relationship between the Miccosukee and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

At the Museum, the Tribe proudly displays the government documents that gave them their sovereignty in 1962.
